We are looking for enthusiastic, safety minded team members to join the team in our Welland division.

School bus drivers play a crucial role in the day of their riders by being a reliable, friendly and welcoming presence each morning and afternoon. Drivers truly make a difference in their students’ lives. Start a child’s day off right with a warm smile each morning, and end it with a friendly wave in the afternoons.

We offer free, in-house training, facilitated by Sharp driver trainers who are P.R.I.D.E. certified and who understand how to gear lessons specifically to adult learning. Training is completed in a combination of in-class, practical hands on, in-bus, and online.

Our drivers enjoy the flexibility of working a part-time schedule, which is appreciated for the added balance to work and life. Your days are your own, and you are never required to work in the evenings, on holidays or on the weekends. For drivers with young children, our managers will work with you to accommodate bringing your children on the bus, where possible.
